When will my order arrive?
At Valentino's we offer our customers a choice of delivery service depending on the urgency of the order with different costs available to suit your requirements. If you would like an improved delivery service we will be happy to assist and quote you. Please call us on +44 (0)1489 808007. Delivery charges to UK Mainland (excluding UK postcodes AB23, AB30-99, BT, FK18-19, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20 & above, PH17 & above, PO30 & above, TR, ZE and Channel Islands). We offer a quick mail order service with a courier network in place.
Guaranteed next working day orders (subject to stock) will need to be placed by 12pm. After 12pm we are not able to guarantee such a delivery due to differing times our collections happen by our courier, we also need to ensure that we fulfill our orders and that they are processed properly therefore have this cut off period in place. Should you have any doubts it is best you contact us to ensure whether we are able to offer you such service if the time has gone past 12pm. We will aim to coordinate a delivery that suits you as we appreciate that our customers have commitments and not always around to accept a delivery so we will liaise with you a day convenient.
Ireland, Islands, Scottish Highlands, European and Worldwide delivery charges
We Export to all around the world. Delivery times vary depending on where you are located and the products you have purchased. All deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Non Mainland UK, and Europe will be quoted on an individual basis. In this case no payment is taken from you and one of our customer service team members will contact you. You can then decide whether or not to proceed with your order. UK delivery postcodes, but classified as Non Mainland UK delivery are; AB23, AB30-99, BT, FK18-19, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20 & above, PH17 & above, PO30 & above, TR, ZE and Channel Islands.
How to place an order for delivery outside of the UK?
To order a product for delivery outside of the UK, you will need to change the currency on the top right hand corner of the website from sterling to either Euros or Dollars. Should your destination be of a different currency we would require you to phone through your order or you can leave your details in the call back facility or by email and then we would be able to contact you and process your order. If you want to change it back to sterling, just click on the UK flag. The website will not be able to take payment for the carriage for European or Worldwide deliveries. This is because all products vary in weight and size and only by us having all the necessary information will we then be able to let you know a cost on carriage. We will then contact you after your order has been placed to discuss carriage costs should you wish to have a courier collect from us this is also possible.
Overseas / International delivery - Import Duty
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order. If you order large quantities of goods for delivery overseas/internationally, we reserve the right to contact you and inform you of any additional shipping costs at which time you may either pay the extra amount or cancel your order. Any orders being delivered outside of the UK may be subject to additional duty charges. These charges relate specifically to the destination country and in all cases must be paid by the customer. If there are additional charges you will be informed by the courier local to your region at time of delivery. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility. Any additional consignments for delivery in the UK will be sent using the 24 hr delivery service to ensure they are with you as soon as possible.

Our carrier requires goods to be checked upon arrival. Any damages to our products in transportation must be specified on delivery and either signed in as damaged or refused so then the parcels will come back to us. Failing to do this may incur charges as our carrier will not accept any claims once goods have been signed in (as to a carrier delivery was acceptable). It is important that all parcels are checked inside not just going off the state of the outside box. If parcels cannot be checked at the time of delivery then please sign the parcels in as unchecked. If you wish to notify us of any damages to your goods, please notify us of the problem within 48 hours of delivery. Should you contact us after 48 hours of taking a delivery to specify damage to your goods we will not be liable. We believe that such notice is more than enough time for a customer to notify us of a problem. We will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier should you contact us within 48 hours of taking a delivery from us.
Our website has the facility to show prices excluding or including VAT. VAT will be charged in your basket at the current rate, unless you are exempt of paying VAT. You will receive a VAT invoice with your order.
On dispatch of your goods we will notify you with your tracking number so you can have the latest information in regards to delivery.
