For the last week, we have been working on a customer order that involved customising clothes rails. This order was to produce white matt retail display clothes rails and customise them to our client’s requirements. There was a large quantity to do, so we have been working round the clock to get these finished on time.
Our client wanted clothes rails with wheels that were heavy-duty and UK-manufactured from British steel. These are our standard-strength rails. This client was looking to promote their holiday brand within their company, so this involved using rope and seashells. First, we needed to respray the display rails into the right colour. After this, and using our client’s specifications, we glued marine rope and seashells in precise positions on the rail.
