The 16-Inch Silklon basket is made in our Hampshire factory using quality UK components and materials. We don't simply import finished baskets and resell them. By manufacturing in-house, we can maintain greater control over construction, materials and the overall quality of the finished product.

That matters in retail. Shopping baskets are picked up, carried, loaded, unloaded and stored repeatedly, so they need to be properly constructed from the outset.
