Fundraising for The British Heart Foundation

Antonio Valentino lost his Grandad in 2015 when he died of a heart attack. In loving memory of his Grandad who he was named after, Valentino's Displays sponsored charity of the year for 2016 is The British Heart Foundation. The BHF are the nation's heart charity and the largest independent funder of cardiovascular research.

Coronary heart disease is the UK's single biggest killer but they are leading the fight against it. Pioneering research has helped to transform the lives of people living with heart and circulatory conditions.

Their work has been central to the discoveries of vital treatments that are helping to change the face of the UK's fight against heart disease. Their vision is a world where people don't die prematurely from heart disease.

They'll continue the fight through pioneering heart research, vital prevention and survival activity and ensuring quality care and support for everyone living with heart disease.

Antonio completed the Great South Run in Portsmouth, Hampshire on the 25th October 2015 donating all proceeds to our 2015 sponsored charity Cystic Fibrosis.

Our new 2016 challenge takes on some of England's finest scenery. Eastbourne start, up the infamous Beachy Head, over unspoilt chalk cliffs through the fantastic Seven Sisters Country Park and along the South Downs Way ending at Brighton.

Most of the 2,000 challengers taking part will be walking at their own pace, quite a few will jog parts, and some will run the full 100km distance.

We are only challenging ourselves to the half challenge of this full circuit which is 54km (approx 33.5 miles).

Join us on the new South Coast Challenge over the Bank Holiday weekend 27 - 28 August where we will be raising money for our 2016 sponsored charity The British Heart Foundation. You can support us by visiting our Just Giving Sponsorship page.
